The U.S. Supreme Court says federal law protects LGBTQ workers from discrimination. Our first reaction is that this is a day of celebration – then we ask ourselves, why are we celebrating what should have always been in the first place? So, today we celebrate – and then continue the work for equal rights, for human rights, for the LGBTQ community.
We are in this for the long haul…
